Our Funds

The Summit Foundation supports a thriving local nonprofit sector that collaborates and innovates to find solutions. Since 2010, we have awarded $5.7 million through 411 competitive grants to 104 different tax-exempt organizations that serve our area.

Our grantmaking supports, but is not limited to, programs and initiatives aimed at:

  • Cultural programs and the arts
  • Educational programs for all ages

  • Public space improvement and conservation

Health-related programs and projects, with special focus on services to those who reside in Elizabeth, NJ

Ganner Family Fund

Children suffering from physical, mental, or emotional disabilities who are 15 years and younger

Ann P. Neupauer Fund

Research in the areas of cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, and other health-related fields

Gene Fox Recyclers Fund

Recycling, conservation, and environmental projects and programs
